Bloggers' Quilt Festival

I would like to submit my very first Friendship Quilt for consideration for the Bloggers' Quilt Festival.  This quilt could fit two categories:

Throw Quilt
Group/Bee Quilt

VOTING IS NOW OPEN - see HERE

This quilt has been made up using some of the blocks I have received whilst being a member of Quilting Block Swap Australia and Block Swap Adventure during 2010 and 2011.

Basted on Dining Table

Quilted and ready to snuggle under when it gets a bit colder ;-)

I love the fact that all these different blocks have come from different parts of the world and look so great together. I am currently snuggling under this one as it is getting chilly at night time.
Thank you for visiting my blog today - I hope you have a good day.

  6. This is really neat! And I like that you updated your post with possible categories. I have learned a lot from this process. We need to update with stats on the quilt and our darn entry numbers...LOL.

In any case, I love that the blocks came from all over and everyone did such a great job. Really nice fall colors too! Thank you for this one...all participants really should be proud.
