............ scream!
I was so looking forward to my FNSI - I had several tasks in mind ;-)
However, I only completed one ;-(
I spent a large part of my time picking fabric and cutting ready for my Block Swap Adventure partner's block - the Lattice Square
you know what's coming don't you .......... measure twice, cut once!
first lot of fabrics, I realised half way that I didn't have enough for what I wanted to do, then I don't know what happened, but I mucked up and cut all of the squares 1/4" smaller than needed!
I eventually finished the block with my third choices of fabric ;-(
I received some more goodies for my Santa Sack from Fiona
This morning we have had a new television delivered, so I am currently on 'apprentice' duty with the husband setting up the stand and putting it on the lowline entertainment unit - glad I had my Weetbix for breakfast.
EDITED: See post HERE for update on what happened with the television :(
